EduFunds is not an anonymous NGO. We are enrolled students at City College — Sir Syed Campus who contribute our own pocket money, stand at campus desks, and inspect every challan before payment.
Two Signatures on Payouts
One person cannot authorize a grant alone. Every bank payment requires both President & VP/Treasurer approval.
Challan to College, Not Cash
We never hand physical cash to an applicant. We deposit directly at the campus National Bank counter for their challan.
Audit Log Never Deleted
There is no delete button in our software or ledger. Every receipt and transaction edit is permanently recorded.
