Society Terms & Operating Rules
The basic operating agreement governing contributors, applicants, and student administrators.
1. Nature of Contributions
All peer contributions to EduFunds are voluntary and non-refundable mutual aid gifts. 100% of contributions are pooled to pay verified student challans directly at the college bank branch. No deductions are made for administrative overhead, travel, or volunteer honorariums.
2. Grant Allocation & Non-Discrimination
Fee assistance is evaluated strictly on the basis of academic enrollment, genuine financial emergency, and imminent payment deadlines. EduFunds does not discriminate based on gender, religious affiliation, political views, or ethnic background.
3. Direct Challan Payment Rule
EduFunds never issues direct cash or personal wallet transfers to applicants. Every approved grant is paid directly across the counter of the designated college bank branch with an official stamped bank challan.
4. Dual Signatures & Audit Permanence
No single coordinator possesses unilateral power to disburse funds. Every payment requires two executive signatures. The audit log is permanent, and verified receipts cannot be deleted from the public portal.
