Accountability & Duties

Presides over executive society sessions and departmental coordinator meetings.
Serves as mandatory co-signatory on all college challan bank disbursements.
Supervises the student applicant review desk to ensure unbiased, compassionate assistance.
Coordinates with the finance team for monthly ledger reconciliation and bank voucher verification.
Ensures no student is turned away without a fair review of their fee challan situation.

Powers & Strict Limits (What They Cannot Do)

Cannot sign a payout or disbursement alone without the Chairman or Finance Manager.
Never retains cash in personal bank accounts or mobile wallets.
Does not receive any commission or personal compensation.
