How EduFunds Works
From a student’s daily pocket money to a stamped college bank challan. An airy, transparent walkthrough for contributors, applicants, and collectors.
How Students Give Money
Students contribute what they can spare. Some give Rs 200 after lunch at the canteen desk, while others set up a recurring Rs 500 mobile transfer through JazzCash or EasyPaisa every month.
When you submit proof online or hand cash to a campus collector, an immediate digital receipt code (e.g. EDU-2026-0142) is generated. The Treasurer audits the bank statement daily at 4:00 PM and marks the transaction Verified on the public ledger.
How Students Request Fee Assistance
Applying is private and takes two minutes. You enter your name, roll number, department, challan amount, and upload a clear photograph of your college fee challan.
You do NOT need to upload a CNIC or disclose embarrassing family circumstances. The review leads verify the challan with the college fee counter, approve the grant, and deposit the payment directly to the campus bank branch before the late fee deadline.
The Students Who Stand at Campus Desks
Campus collectors are student volunteers who man the tables outside lecture halls during morning and lunch shifts. They log cash donations on their mobile app in under thirty seconds.
Collectors have zero permission to hold cash overnight or approve payouts. All physical cash boxes are handed over to the Treasurer at 1:00 PM daily for direct bank deposit.
Four Core Safety Rules
One person cannot pay a challan alone.
Funds never enter a coordinator's personal account.
Paid across the bank counter, not handed in cash.
